MTECH LIFT CONTROLS uses this QRPay system to collect payment request details from customers or requesters. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When a user submits a payment request, we may collect name, phone number, UPI ID, uploaded QR image, bank account details, IFSC code, note/message, request time, and the linked QR/product information.

How we use information

We use submitted information only to process and verify payment requests, notify the business owner, and maintain internal records of requests.

WhatsApp notifications

We may send request details to the registered business owner through WhatsApp Cloud API for faster action. We do not sell or share this information for marketing.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect submitted information. Access is restricted through the admin panel.
